Below we provide a transparent overview of cookies used within the Zonno Dance service, which includes a web application for managing dance schools and mobile applications for students and instructors (iOS and Android).

Category 1 — Necessary cookies (always active)
These cookies are necessary for the operation of the Zonno Dance service and cannot be disabled without impairing the basic functionality of the system. They do not require your consent, as they are strictly necessary for the provision of the service (Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll.).

These cookies are used within:
- the administrative interface of the dance school (management of students, lessons, schedules, finances),
- the user interface (students and instructors),
- authentication processes.
Mobile applications (iOS and Android) do not use cookies in the traditional sense, but may use similar technical mechanisms (e.g., tokens) to ensure login and security. These mechanisms are also considered necessary.
The cookie banner is implemented in a way that allows the user to grant or refuse consent to analytical cookies before they are stored on the device.
Category 2 — Analytical cookies (require consent)
These cookies are used only on the public marketing website of the Zonno Dance service (not in the application for schools itself nor in the mobile applications).

These cookies are activated only after you grant your active consent via the cookie banner displayed upon the first visit to the website.
No analytical cookies are stored before clicking the “I agree” button.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clicking the “Cookie settings” link available in the footer of the website. Withdrawing consent is as easy as granting it.
Notice on transfer to a third country
Google Analytics may transfer data to servers of Google LLC located in the USA. This transfer is secured by standard contractual clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Article 46 GDPR.

Notice: Blocking necessary cookies (Category 1) may lead to limitation or malfunction of the Zonno Dance service. The Provider shall not be liable for such malfunction.
3.4 Specifics of the Zonno Dance service
- The service is primarily intended for dance schools that manage their users (students and instructors).
- Cookies are not used for advertising purposes.
- Cookies are not used to track student behavior beyond the scope necessary for the operation of the service.
- Student payments are currently processed outside the system, and therefore no payment cookies are used.
- In the future, functionality may be expanded, which may affect the scope of cookies used; users will be informed of such changes.
